Who doesn't love a nifty flowchart?
In my Quality System Manager days I grew to love flowcharts. I did a lot of documenting and auditing processes. Any of the Procedures and Instructions that included a flow chart were much easier to audit. They made training easier too.
There's no better way to map out a process and get everybody on the same page (literally)
